Information related to the driver contract includes commencement date, participation in training programs, background checks (criminal records, directorship, credit checks), membership in professional bodies, and complaint-related data. Location details of the vehicle, travel rates, and similar information from GPS trackers, telematics devices, Wi-Fi routers, forward-facing cameras, and similar devices installed in the vehicle, whether used for passenger services or personal use.

Financial data, covering payments, bank details, and tax numbers. Information about physical or mental health.

Details about racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs for equal opportunities monitoring. Information about background checks, criminal proceedings, potential offenses for insurance or trust purposes, or notifications of relevant vehicle or driving offenses, including allegations of parking, speeding, tolls, or other traffic-related matters.

6: CCTV

Certain vehicles in our fleet are equipped with outward-looking dashboard cameras. These cameras do not capture footage inside the vehicles, and they do not record audio. However, they may capture your image when you enter or exit the vehicle.
